We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Welcome, greet and manage visitors/clients and provide solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Make videos of PORCH real estates and housing that are sales driven
- Engage and interact with third parties on marketing and strategies such as digital marketing bulk sms, email marketing, adverts and broadcasting
- Promote the brand and initiate conversations with followers and guests on social media platforms
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, customer information and file documents
- Follow up and follow through with customers that have shown interest in some products
- Follow communication guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Other tasks assigned.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1+ years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is an added advantage
- Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS suite.
