Job Description
- We are seeking the services of An experienced National Cook to join our team. Reporting Directly to the Unit manager, selected candidate will take full accountability of the day-to-day preparation of National meals.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of all kinds of National/Nigerian meals to meet clients demands.
- Have very good knowledge of National meal preparation.
- Have admirable catering skill and a good knowledge of meal planing.
- Must have good problem solving skills and very versatile in catering.
- ensure meals are neatly cooked and meets the expectations and needs of the client.
- Ensures that quantity and quality of meal served is in accordance with the designed menu.
- Ensures consistency and high quality on all meal served on site and that food supplies are always available.
Requirements
- Professional: Training Certifications in Industrial catering is an added advantage.
- Experience: 5 years’ experience in industrial catering
- Qualities: Good oral communication skill, Excellent National meal preparation skill, Good catering experience, Good interpersonal relationship with colleagues, Inventory and stock Control, Good organizational skills, Analytical, Proactive, and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic hand tools knowledge.
Salary Range
N60,000 – N80,000 / month.
