Job Description
- Collect, Organize and Interpret statistical information for decision making.
Main Accountabilities:
- Manages staff database
- Responding to database related queries and keeping track of the analysis
- Setting up processes and systems to make working with data more efficient
- Producing reports and charts communicating trends within data to users
- Manages all Pension related matters including but not limited to RSA PIN Registration, Communicate details to appropriate office and follow up on Pension Remittance
- Generate data on NSITF/ITF/Group life Insurance
- Assist in processing data for payment of final entitlements
- Deputizes for Payroll Manager.
