Job Title: Hotel Manager
Location: Rumuokoro, Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Oversee the daily running of the business
- Coordinate front-office and back-office activities and resolve any problems
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Promote and market the business, including developing ways to attract new customers
- Maintain financial records
- Plan maintenance work, events and room bookings
- Liaise with maintenance and other specialist contractors
- Handle customer complaints and queries
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a hotel manager or a similar role.
- Indepth knowledge ofhotel management.
- Demonstrated success in managing regular operations, including guest experience and operational performance.
- Possess strong communication skills
- Problem solving ability.
- A keen eye for detail to monitor all aspects of the hotel’s operations, from housekeeping to food & beverage services.
- Excellent sales and marketing acumen with great interpersonal skills.
Salary
N100,000 / month.
