Job Description
- Foster a love for learning in children aged 3-6 through the Montessori method.
- Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on children’s progress.
- Maintain a stimulating, organized, and safe learning environment.
- Guide children towards independence and self-discovery.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an NCE, OND or HND in relevant field with 3- 5 years work experience.
- Montessori certification for 3-6 age group.
- Passion for early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and innovate in a dynamic educational setting.
