ABOUT: Its responsibility is to oversee and regulate the practice of pharmacy across the Federation, as well as supervise pharmaceutical education in Nigeria. The council is now called Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN). They also Enforce pharmacies and patent medicine shops for violation of guidelines, illegal sale of drugs and and expired licenses of operation.
