Check for availability of the Business/Company/Organization Name: By Getting to the CAC New Customers Hall, You will be given a Form to fill that will contains details of your Business Including the Name of your Business.     1. Proposed name of the company (two names should be provided).
    2. Details of the Company
      • Address
      • Email address and Phone number
      • Memorandum of Article and Agreement most time prepared by a Lawyer
      • Company Detailed profiles
    3. Details of Director(s) and Shareholder(s)
      • Names of Director(s) and shareholder(s),
      • a copy of their means of identification ( e.g International passport or National Identity Card or Voter’s Card or Driver’s License),

    Registration steps for Incorporated Trustee & NGO & Document Needed

    • The name & letterhead of the association
    • A constitution of the association
    • Aims & objectives of the proposed incorporated trustee association
    • Address of the association
    • Names of the proposed trustees of the association (at least 2 or more)
    • The personal residential address of each of the trustees
    • Occupations of each of the trustees
    • Tenure of each of the trustees, the removal & filling of trustee vacancies
    • A list of the executive members of the association, including the president, auditors, secretary/treasurer etc
    • A copy of the required newspaper advertisement publications for the registration of the association
    • A copy of the minutes of meetings where the trustees were appointed
    • Status of secretary (if he is also a trustee).
